As there is no product available that mimics the sun Ultratherm strip it down into 3 elements; heat, UV and white light or daylight for you to use in your home Vivarium where required.
The Ultratherm product range contains all you would need to heat & furnish your Vivarium including Ultratherm heat mats and snake strips. These versatile strips allow your reptile (amphibian, spider) to abosrb radiant heat,mimicing their natural environment. Ultratherm Plus mats are available to be used in humid terrains.
Ultratherm heating cables are also available, similiar to the strips but allow for a localised heat area to be created. Ultratherm basking plates are also available for this purpose.
To recreate the basking effect of the sun and to create an ambient air temperature inside the Vivarium Ultratherm provide advanced UV heat lamps and cermamic lamps as well as the required holders and shades. To control the lamps, heating cables and some instances of the basking plate and heat mat & strip set ups, Ultratherm have a thermostat available. These allow for a specific temperature to be controlled within the Vivarium.
The Avi-Safe wall and ceiling cassettes are ideal for the larger Vivarium (e.g zoos, farm buildings, avairies) and can be used in wet or hazordous areas. You can also furnish your Vivarium using the Ultratherm range of housing and water bowls.
